Shipping in Quebec

Shipping is free for all orders of $ 75 or more before taxes *. A standard charge of $ 10 is applicable for the delivery of an order of less than $ 75 before taxes *. Delivery charges will be added when processing your order. You will be able to revise the total price of the order including taxes and delivery charges before confirming your purchase.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping is free for any order of $ 100 or more before taxes *. A standard charge of $ 12 is applicable for the delivery of an order of less than $ 100 before taxes *. Delivery outside of Canada

We will contact you to make arrangements with you. Please note that we do not ship board games outside of North America due to our agreements with our distributors.

Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is available at an additional cost of $ 15.

For institutional customers who receive a global discount, free shipping will only be available for orders of $ 100 and over.

Pick up in store

(Please note, pick-up may not be available during your order due to too much traffic).

Orders are shipped to the address provided when placing the order. Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery to addresses in Canada. Delivery outside of Canada may result in delays and additional costs.

Note that if the shipping address is outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs clearance fees, which vary from country to country.

Order lost

Each order placed on the lentrejeux.com site is assigned a unique tracking number. If you believe your delivery has been lost, contact customer service at 819-840-8315 to help you find it.

Damaged order

Your shipment is prepared with the utmost care. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will be happy to exchange the affected product (s) to you free of charge. Therefore, we invite you to refer to the Terms and conditions section.

Unsuccessful delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery by the carrier, the carrier returns the products to us. Return shipping costs and standard shipping costs are non-refundable. The order will be refunded less shipping costs.
